What is your vegetarian MiRaCLe food?

Mine would be red kidney beans. Its so yummy and i can make my own meat replacements, put it on burgers, pizza etc. its so versatile! It Tastes better than meat imo. :) what vegetarian food can YOU not live without?

    Good question. Probably watermelon. Its everything a food should be, refreshing, nutritious, sweet and I can feast on it for days. Its one of the most gentle foods on the digestive system.

    Dish prepared with bulgur.(cracked wheat), Bulgur is also very versatile and healthy, I prepare kofta with it, it is the main ingredients in the Middle Eastern famous salad, Tabouleh. Here are the links to the ingredients and video instructions for both of them.
