Here’s a recipe you can make a lot of eaisly, and then freeze in individual portions.Lazy LasagnaIngredients:1 pound bite-sized pasta (rotini, ziti, penne, rigatoni)1 pound spinach1 jar or can of pasta sauce, 28 oz size1-2 pounds of ricotta cheese, depending on how much you like cheese1 package of shredded mozzarella1) Preheat the oven to 350ba. Cook pasta according to directions on package. Add spinach to pasta pot when pasta is 1-2 minutes from being done.2) Strain pasta and spinach, return to pot. Mix in ricotta cheese. Mix in pasta sauce.3) Put pasta mixture into 1 large or several small baking dishes. If you have ramekins, these are good for individual serving sizes. Top with mozzarella cheese. You can put one in the oven, to eat now, and wrap the others in foil and freeze them.4) Put in oven and bake until cheese melts. Enjoy. If you use the 1 large baking dish, put the individual portions into tupperware containers, and microwave for future meals. This reheats well in the microwave. Also, try eggplant parmigiana. This reheats well, and you can serve it with pasta, or as a sandwich.Trader Joe’s has some good frozen meals, if there is a TJ’s near you. Here’s an idea, if you have nothing frozen that you want. This was my favorite I don’t feel like cooking meal. Boil up some pasta with veggies. Whatever veggies you want, corn, peas, green beans, broccoli, whatever. I would suggest using frozen veggies, so you don’t need to do any prep work. Then drain it, and throw some shredded cheese in. Stir. Salt and Pepper to taste. This is easy, tasty, and will reheat well.

Liz is not just ANY page turner. Liz is the Heifetz, the Pavarotti, the veritable Yo-Yo Ma of page turners. She is the kind of page turned who, if I was completely fumbling a difficult passage, would suddenly have an uncontrollable puking fit so as to draw attention away from my screwup. She also knows exactly how many pieces of sushi you might need at intermission. At least that’s my experience; your mileage may vary One last bit of clothing advice for page turners: No dangly loose jackets. I once played a whole violin recital with silk caressing my left cheek at every turn. I’m not saying I didn’t enjoy it, but it was kind of distracting.

Thanks Alexandra. I can see myself getting a lot of use out of this sweater! Bonus points that it’s handmade by Nanny and passed down in the family. xo

Aww, love this. That sweater is fabulous (and so are you!). I have a sweater that’s quite faded and several sizes too big, but it’s gone through three generations of women in my family and although my mom keeps egging me to get rid of it I don’t think I’ll ever be able to.
