The restaurant in the episode was called Fusion – there is no such soul food restaurant in New York.

I’m not sure about that restaurant but there a few great should food restaurants in NYC.
There are of course the usuals in Harlem
Amy Ruth’s and Sylvia’s, Rack and Soul
There is also the downtown spot – The Pink Tea Cup
