Ingredients?

I have recently started looking at the ingredients in all the foods I eat… cutting out high fructose corn syrup, bleach, hydrogenated oils, and any meat products because I know they are bad for the body.

However, I have no idea what any of the other ingredients are and if they are bad for me too. Could anyone tell me what some of these ingredients are…. or atleast what else I should be avoiding.

    alot of dyes are not good for you…like red dye this and blue dye that…why does our food need dyes? sugar substitutes are bad too…they cause bloating gas diarrhea and **** leakage oh how nice!

    Good job on staying away from HFCS.

    Check out the following link to a website for people who are allergic to corn. Stay away from anything on the list they provide. In a nut shell it’s all those chemicals that make bad food taste good.

    I’ve done a lot of research because my mother is allergic to corn. I was trying to make sure she didn’t eat anything she shouldn’t. What I found out is that no one should be eating this stuff.
