Coca-Cola Chicken Wings Recipe / 可乐鸡翅Cooking Chinese Food

EasyChineseFood asked:

Coca-cola is a good ingredient to cook with when you are making a meal with chicken wings. With a combination of soy sauce and this soft drink, you can turn your chicken wings into a savory salty-and-sweet treat. This is, like most of my other videos, extremely easy to cook and delicious. Enjoy! Also, my sweet daughter narrated this video! :)

    Probably Coca-Cola acts like accent or msg , no wonder it’s the “secret” ingredient , it’s a beverage that it’s packed with flavour enhacement chemicals that probably works with anything , they don’t act on a specific flavour , they act on our brain.

    I tried it last night…. Awesome. it tasted so much like ginger soy sauce chinken, coz once the coke evaporated, all that’s left is the sweetness. I give it a thumbs up!

    @donnk
    dark soy sauce(老抽) which used for toning. There is another soy sauce which is light soy sauce(生抽). Light soy sauce have much more salt and is used to flavor.
