Solitude Ski, UT question! Please! (Or if you know anythig about Mongolian food!)?

Horse Jumper asked:

I am going skiing at Solitude this winter, and am eating at The Yurt, which provides a 5- course gourmet Mongolian food meal. What should I expect? !

One of the most unique dining experiences in Utah, the Yurt offers an enchanting adventure and a delicious dinner. Guest’s cross-country ski or snowshoe (approximately 3/4 mile) through the moon or lantern lit forest to a Mongolian yurt, where a chef prepares an incredible five-course meal guests won’t soon forget. In its 16th season, this intimate dining experience seats twenty and was rated #1 by the Zagat Survey for service. Overwhelming popularity for this experience make reservations a must – the earlier you plan the better.
Mongolian national meals are made with minced meat seasoned with garlic or onion (it can be anything from mutton to beef to camel to horse to gazelle) covered with flour and steamed in boiling water, fried in oil and boiled in water. The diet is usually heavy with fat. Now the Yurt is not serving a true Mongolian meal. They have Americanized it and it is primarily beef and lamb in average sized portions.
You are going to have a blast.
