I just read a question that says that its not ok to eat some types of cheeses during pregnancy.. I work in a Market we have alllll kinds of exotic gormet cheeses that i had never even heard of before. There is so much cheeses like 32 different kinds.. Is there a list somewhere that i can check??

As long as the cheese is pasteurized, you have all you want. Just avoid some of the soft cheeses like Brie.

You cannot eat soft cheese’s your Obgyn, will tell you this.

it is only soft unpasteurized cheese that you need to avoid

just not soft cheeses like brie or blue cheese or some mexican cheeses bc they are not pasteurized and could contain listeria which could end a pregnancy

you can eat all the cheese you want, but only as long as it is PASTURIZED. Some exotic cheeses are not pastureized. Becareful and read the lables. f it says pasturized your OK, if not then stay away from it. Also cheese can make pregnancy constipation worse so if you are having problems with that you may want to stay away from too much cheese. GD LK!!
