When should you work out after eating protein?

Ok say you eat something that has a lot of protein like meat when are you supposed to work out like do you workout before you eat it or do you workout after you eat it and if your supposed to workout after you eat it how long do you wait before you workout by workout i mean doing pullups,chinups,pushups,and lifting dumbbells,and some treadmill running.

The usual answer you will find is about 30 mins to an hour before and 30 mins after.

You eat the protein after you’ve worked out. That way you don’t loose the good fat in you.
