When should be my eating and work out schedule?

I work Monday thru Friday 10pm-7am and I go to sleep when I get off work and I wake up at 2:30pm. What should be my eating schedule and what time should I work out? I also have 3 kids under the age of 13
should I be eating at work at night?

    when it comes to the workout part just do it whenever you can, it really doesn’t matter. Spread out your eating, to 4 or 5 times a day usually every 3 hours or so depending on the size of the meal. Everyone has a different groove; just gotta find what works for you, so that you can keep doing it.

    When the kids get older (13-15) get them in on the act, be a positive example for them
