What is a food you like, but you find yourself removing one or two things out of it before eating it?

    salad..
    i only like dark green pieces, i always have to remove the white pieces and hearts before i can eat it.

    tacos, i take out tomatoes and half the lettuce, and sour cream if its in it.

    I have to pick the hard boiled egg whites out of potato salad.
    When I eat stew, I try to get more veggies less meat.

    When I make salmon patties I buy the Alaskan salmon and I take out the skin and the bones.Some people eat that but I think it is gross.

    I absolutely love to eat Honey Garlic ribs.. but I always find myself removing rib bones from the meat ; ) lol

    Usually burgers ( from Burger King, Hardeez.etc), all though when i order, i say not to give that, this,,,,but if i forget , no tomatoes and mayonnaise! At all, i can’t eat this two ever!

    I do the same thing, I **** banana flavored candy. I do not eat peanuts in chex mix, or bar mixes

    This is a quick easy favourite and on our menu once a week:Wholemeal tilroltasChopped LettuceChopped TomatoLight sour creamLow salt baked beansBurrito spiceOptional:Grated CarrotsGrated Low fat cheddarChopped onionJalapeno chilliesHeat beans in microwave and mash up until the sauce has thickened. Throw in the burrito spice. Heat the tilroltas and serve for people to make their own burritos. Easy and yum. Normal person I’d say would eat 2-3 burritos at a time. If I have extra I make them and put in fridge for work the next day.
