Should I start eating More now or will it just happen because of working out?

Bboy Nos asked:

My dad says it’s not a good idea for me to work out right now because i don’t eat enough but i’m telling him that if i start working out i’ll start eating more on my own.

Is my idea correct? will i start eating more if i start working out?
By the way I don’t want to lose weight I want to bulk up :)

what and when you eat is up to you.
if you dont eat enough and workout you will feel very
weak and have a lot of problems later on.

Everyone should work out, it creates not only a better body for yourself, but a better being. It reduces heart complications and so much more.

Just serve yourself bigger portions I guess.

You should eat more naturally, but if you already have an eating disorder then you may not think about it

If you feel dizzy you need to eat, time to get serious, if your not eating to loose weight then you may need to see a dietition

I hope your not trying to be your own expert at weight loss by eating nothing

    Good luck :-)

You should eat enough for your body to not get hungry. Don’t eat so much that you become really full or your stomach feels tight [you can poke it lightly to see if you can't feel it]. It’s not healthy to eat like that.
Just eat when you’re hungry. Don’t work out right away after you eat though. Wait for at least 30 minutes before working out otherwise you’ll feel sick. You’ll also feel sick if you don’t eat enough and start working out. Your body won’t have enough energy to do all that work.

As for the part about eating more, that depends on your body. After working out, your body would of burned up a lot of calories, fat and energy. The first thing you would want is something to drink. You may or may not get hungry after working out. That depends on what you ate before working out and how long you have worked out for.

Just eat the amount you think is good for you. Don’t get more than what you can eat since that will be a waste of food. Don’t get less than what you eat or you’re body won’t have enough energy to work out. If you’re not hungry, then you might just want something simple to eat. Like bread or a banana. Just so your body will have a source of energy to rely on when you’re working out.
