How much working out/eating healthy is sufficient?
butterfly777 asked:
I’d like to lose some pounds, and I don’t want any crash diets or ******** workout plans that could kill me. But how many calories a day will be few enough that I will lose weight but enough that my body doesn’t start eating itself? Also, how much working out is enough? Do I HAVE to lift weights or is cardio enough? And how long?

Trial and error.
Eat sensibly, plenty of advice on these pages and online.
As for exercise do something you enjoy then you will stick at it.
Walk, cycle, swim, do housework, just keep moving.
Better still find a friend with the same aim.
You might get a better idea of your calorie needs from the link.
Bottom link calories used up in various activities.
