How long should I wait to work out after eating 15g of protein?

I’m 5’8 and 145 lbs, so Im a little below average. After eating 15g of protein, how long should i wait to work out to get bigger? Also is 15g of protein too much or too little?

    go work out whenever, it wont matter.

    15g is WAY too little. im 60′ and 190 and i take in about 150g of protein a day… and a lot of lifters would say thats not enough.

    protein will not store in your body like fat and carbs. take in as much protein as you can. Go to gnc or any other place and buy a protein powder to help with that. optimum whey protein as about 24g of protein per scoop of powder that you can mix with water or milk.
