How can I get out of the Habit of eating chocolate, and eat healthily?

okay, i am sick and tired of eating un healthy, my skin, and hair needs some vitamins in, and i need to stop clogging up my pores with chocolate etc. but i can’t get out the habit of snacking on chocolate, i have a very sweet tooth and love chocolate.. any help please?

Do not have chocolate in the house. Simple enough…out of site than out of mind. Once you stay away from it for a few days it will get easier and easier. Also make sure to eat some fresh fruit to get the sugar in you to take away from the wrong foods.

throw out everything unhealthy and go shopping for fruit or you could get a healthy cookbook and find something that you like hope i helped

take crohnium pinconate two times daily for 1 month – it will help to stabilize the sugar cravings – also some good bacteria.
make sure you eat three meals a day and are full after each one.
keep some of your favorite fruit on hand for a treat.

i have a monster sweet tooth too so we are in the same boat… and i know this sounds simple but if you don’t buy it and have it in the house then you won’t eat it. also if you exercise… you will lose weight, feel better, eat less… and that becomes addictive too. Just do simple walking or light running… doesn’t take long. Every day. And don’t eat 3 hours before you go to bed. Trust me. That’s it. Plus if you do the exercise you have the freedom to eat chocolate now and then. I used to be fat and eat unhealthy… i know how icky it feels to be filled with junk food. good luck.

Don’t lol buy a bag of mini Hershey’s bars and limit yourself to one a day. I love dessert so I bought a bunch of weight watcher frozen desserts and I have one evey night after dinner. they are small but just enough to satisfy my sweet tooth.

dried fruits sweeter
