Tell your Dad honestly and calmly that you don’t like salmon and it is making you feel sick. Tell him you don’t mean to offend him but you just don’t like it. Talk to him about it like in this subject. Hopefully he will understand:) ♥♥♥

Tell your father that you feel sick when you eat that and you want to stop eating it. He may be your father, But he doesn’t know what your taste is. Hope this helps and if that ever happens again, Take a motrin or a tums, found at CVS or your nearest drugstore.

Identify what it is you don’t like and them ask him if he felt the same way.
Was there enough salt in it or something.
People who cook **** people who say the food they have prepared is bad or even awful at least without an explanation.
It is a question of educating your taste buds. People now appear to expect an over powering taste of flavours that they don’t appreciate a plain lightly seasoned product anymore.
When you think of the cooked things you do eat ask yourself when was the last time you had a plain piece of lightly salted chicken.
