For how many hours after working out should I be eating more then usual?
I mean for how many days/hours after working out should my caloric intake be elevated in order to build muscles?

Depends, do you want to gain muscle mass? Then no more than 30 minutes after exercise, and it HAS to consist of A LOT of protein. Losing weight – it doesn’t matter, but it should be just enough to curb your appetite.
