If your mouth has open wounds, yes. If not, not likely. But for the safe side, get a test so that you know for sure.

There is a theoretical risk of transmitting HIV from proforming oral *** on a woman. Most oral *** studies have focused on penile oral contact so there isn’t a lot of good information out there. But I can tell you that there has never been a verifyable case of female to female sexual transmission of HIV and let me tell you, ******** go downtown all the time. There have been no documented cases of vaginal oral transimission of HIV. we’re at the 30 year mark of this epidemic. If it were possible to transmit the disease this way there would have been at least one case in the literature.
